(CBS 5) SAN FRANCISCO As President Bush prepares to address the nation from the Oval Office tonight, his approval rating among Californians has plummeted to just 28 percent. That's according to a newly released poll conducted by Survey USA for CBS 5 KPIX and several other California television stations.

Among the 600 adults surveyed in the Golden State, 71 percent said they disapprove of the president's performance; only 1 percent were undecided about how Bush is handling his duties."
